30 days of quarantine

In the so-called quarantine-box, you can find all mails that has been identified as suspect spam. If a mail has been falsely filtered, any of your users can get access to an instant release of the quarantined mail.

Instant backup and user-friendly recovery

We also offer to take an instant backup of all incoming e-mails. This gives an employee a quick way of recovering a mail that may have been deleted by mistake, without the need of an IT-department. As soon as an e-mail hits our mailfilter, it gets backed up instantly.

We secure your mission-critical e-mails

If you should experience a disaster hitting either your Internet-connection or e-mail-server, the MailCore Business Mailfilter makes sure that e-mails are accepted, and are held in a queue untill your services are up and running again. In that way, you can make sure that no important mails are lost, and that your customers don't get an error notice that their message could not be delivered.

Our system are fully redundant, by which we can guarantee a very high uptime on your businesses mailflow. MailCore Business Mailfilter is an own-developed system, based on the most common scanning-mechanisms such as SpamAssassin, greylisting, etc. We also have the the system running of two separate datacentres, in different locations to minimize downtime significantly. In other words, our system is always online and ready to greet your mails welcome!
